The following types of airline tickets are not eligible for services at free of charge.
- Tickets redeemed for accrued miles
- AD, ID, or any other industry discounted fares
- All tickets plated on other than 988 stocks

Two business day advance reservation prior to the flight departure time is required for the shuttle bus service. The two business days does not include weekend (SAT/SUN) and designated holidays. If your travel date is on SAT, SUN or any designated Holidays, please allow additional days prior to departure.

Passenger’s local contact number is mandatory for emergency purpose.

Please! Make sure is your Pick up & Drop off location. No change on that day.

In order to complete your shuttle request, you must upload a copy of your e-ticket(s). Please note when uploading your E-ticket:

1) Acceptable formats are : JPEG, GIF, and PDF.
2) The maximum uploadable file size is 1500KB.
3) Your e-ticket must show OZPNR, Ticket numbers, and your name.
4) Uploaded file names can not contain "," "/"

If you do not cancel 3 business days prior to your boarding time,
your credit card may be charged the full amount. ($60/Adult & $45/Child each way)
